Our Lord teaches that it is our responsibility to help those who are in need. At Lincoln, we have an active benevolence program that includes
- stocking a pantry to help feed those who are hungry
- supporting Agape of North Alabama in providing foster care, counseling, maternity home, and adoption services
- periodically helping those who have suffered a disaster.
One very special project involves Por Los Niños, a children's home in Honduras. We support a young girl there -- providing for both her living expenses and her education. Por Los Niños brings tremendous blessing to many children by providing a safe, healthy environment that provides for physical, social, educational, and spiritual growth. Por Los Niños is operated by
